Chairman and CEO. Mr. Gordon is a 18-year veteran of B2B Internet trading exchanges. Mr. Gordon joined Enporion as Chairman and CEO in 2001. Prior to joining Enporion he served as President and CEO of FastParts.com, a business-to-business trading exchange for electronic components. He also founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Datamatix, Inc., an electronic commerce trading exchange company specializing in public sector procurement services. Prior to founding Datamatix, Mr. Gordon served as Chairman and CEO of SPD Technologies, a leading developer and manufacturer of shipboard electrical power distribution and control systems. He holds the rank of Captain in the Naval Reserve and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. Mr. Gordon serves as a director of the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, the Tampa Bay Partnership and Chairman of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum. He was also appointed by the Governor of Florida to serve on the State's Technology, Research and Scholarship Board.
Ms. Gordon is a 17 year veteran of the Investment and Finance industries. During this time, she served as regional branch manager for the Pennsylvania region of New England Securities Corporation, a division of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. While there, she supervised the sales, marketing and compliance operations for branch and satellite offices in the region. Ms. Gordon also served as National Sales Manager for Brinker Capital, an investment management firm specializing in retirement and pension funding. Ms. Gordon attended The University of the South in Sewanee Tennessee with a major in economics. She holds a Chartered Financial Consultant degree from the American College and has completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Retired from the investment industry, Ms. Gordon is an accomplished sculptor with work in public and private collections nationally. She owns the Donna Gordon Gallery in St. Petersburg Florida and is a board member of the Gulfport Arts Center.
Tom Cardy is Vice Chairman, Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer at myMatrixx. He joined in 2009 to help manage and execute the company’s finance & administration, capital markets, strategic and organic growth initiatives. Tom’s association with myMatrixx began in 2006 when he advised myMatrixx founder Steven MacDonald on the recapitalization of the company; made a minority investment in the company and joined the board of directors.
Mr. Cardy brings an extensive background as a senior financial executive and advisor to fast growing public and privately-held firms, as well as private equity and investment firms. Tom has served as Executive Vice President and CFO of publicly traded on-line travel pioneer Preview Travel, and as CFO and COO of Communications Equity Associates, a media and entertainment focused investment bank with operations in the US, Europe and Asia. Tom also has 20 plus years’ experience providing investment banking and financial advisory services to middle market firms, most recently as a Managing Director with Tampa based Hyde Park Capital. He began his career and spent 11 years in the audit and tax practice at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Cardy is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association for Corporate Growth. Tom also serves on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, the Executive Committee of TBTF’s Emerging Companies Network; and the Board of Directors of Florida’s New World Angels.
John J. Ehlinger, Jr. is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department. He has been a partner since 1985. He joined the firm in 1979 from the Penn Central Corporation where he participated in the development and implementation of the reorganization plans for Penn Central and its principal subsidiaries.
Mr. Ehlinger has over 30 years experience across a broad range of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and public finance, venture capital financings and securities transactions. In addition, he regularly advises boards of directors, senior management, institutional investors and stockholder groups regarding corporate governance and general legal matters, in many cases, managing the delivery of multi-disciplinary legal services. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ehlinger had a leading role in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions such as management and investor led buyouts of manufacturing concerns, e-commerce and internet service providers, independent power producers and distribution companies; joint venture structuring and financings; secured and unsecured lending transactions; letter of credit backed transactions; corporate and financial restructurings; private and public securities offerings; acquisitions, and financing of public and private power projects and related funding, power purchase and operation and maintenance agreements; the financing of health care facilities, continuing care communities and occupational health providers; venture capital and private equity investments; public and private debt financings; structured debt and project financings; corporate divestiture programs and transactions.
Mr. Ehlinger is a member of the Business Law sections of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and has served on the Pennsylvania Third-Party Legal Opinion Drafting Committee. He has lectured on corporate law matters.
Mr. Ehlinger is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, before the United States Supreme Court. the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Mr. Ehlinger is a trustee of the Frankford Healthcare System and Frankford Hospital, where he is Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a former member of the Chester County Hospitals Authority and the Tredyffrin Township Planning Commission.
Mr. Sridharan has successfully led and/or held key management positions (CEO, COO, President, Executive V.P.) at both established and start-up companies, managing them through various lifecycle phases spanning proof-of-concept through acquisition.

He has worked in small, medium and large companies. Many of the firms are/were doing business worldwide. He is familiar with many vertical industries including healthcare and financial services. He also spent a few years as a global business executive with IBM. There he was responsible for developing the business plan and go-to-market strategy to offer network-based applications on a subscription basis (now known as ASP).
Mr. Sridharan has a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Master’s in Applied Mathematics as well.
