Mission
Enporion’s mission is to provide our customers with software solutions and professional services that streamline their supply chain and lower operational costs.
How we accomplish our mission:
Enporion started serving a niche industry, utility companies, with Internet-based web applications and aggregate sourcing services. At the time, the Internet was in its infancy. We knew that by leveraging the Internet we could offer solutions at a lower cost to businesses. Rather than implement large software systems into their enterprise, simply logging into a hosted application took much of the burden off of customers, and we provided much of the support. Enporion also set out to reduce the burden of managing the system, managing supplier interactions, managing data content, and providing other services. Enporion has also built connections to many of the commonly-used ERP systems in both buyer and supplier organizations.
Enporion has focused on these solutions since 2000 and built a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise, as well as continually reinvested in and enhanced the solutions. That’s how Enporion delivers on its mission to provide customers with modern, efficient supply chain solutions. The solutions streamline processes enabling them to receive these kinds of results:
- Reduce requisition-to-order cycle times from 11 to 4.4 days;
- Increase spend under management by 35%;
- Reduce invoice processing costs from $30-100 down to $3-5 each;
- Average a 4.8% savings on spend.
