The three-phase project will span 5 years and includes full integration into ERP systems, complete supplierenablement on-boarding, contract management, vendor portal, field procurement, and full online auction support.
The three-part solution includes the eRFX application with training and support; system integration of bid & bid response documents, and supplier migration; Ventyx integration and validation of PO, POC, POR, and invoice documents; and supplier adoption on-boarding with support and training for 60 users. Field procurement includes implementation of electronic procurement, catalog view configuration and client specific catalog content creation.
