Enporion frequently assists clients in managing change while working on Strategic Sourcing engagements or during implementation of Enporion supply chain solutions. Whether the change involves using a new process to procure a service or using a new technology or system to collect or manage information, we will work with you to develop a change management plan that focuses on communication and in the development and delivery of the necessary training. We also have dedicated professionals on staff whose responsibility is to develop training materials and deliver remote or on-site training for client users.
