Catalog Manager

Catalog Manager® allows buyers to host electronic catalogs in Enporion (a GEP Company)'s Marketplace. This content can be comprised of any goods or services that a buyer wishes to electronically enable. Catalog Manager® also allows for the configuration and management of multiple views of the data with controlled access to various roles or areas of a buyer's organization.

Requisitioners and purchasers are able to view a sophisticated electronic e-catalog containing the customer's specific products, services and pricing. They are able to build a shopping cart, route for approval, assign a purchase order and transmit electronically to the supplier. The shopping cart can be used in conjunction with Enporion (a GEP Company)'s Procurement Manager application, or can be passed back to an installed ERP system procurement model. They also have the ability to receive electronic invoices from the supplier utilizing the existing connection to the Enporion (a GEP Company) Marketplace.

Enporion (a GEP Company)'s catalog content is constantly being modified and expanded as new supplier contracts are added or as customers migrate additional existing contracts to the marketplace catalog. Currently the catalog has more than one and one-half million unique SKU's.
