Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager is a full-function e-Procurement software solution that enables the rollout of electronic procurement to end users, while maintaining your company's procurement approvals and procedures. Procurement Manager is utilized by those customers that do not have an e-procurement tool currently implemented behind their firewall or as a supplement to existing ERP systems as well as in stand-alone environments.

Catalog Manager®

Catalog Manager® allows buyers to host electronic content in Enporion (a GEP Company)'s Marketplace Catalog. This content can be comprised of any goods or services that a buyer wishes to electronically enable.

Bid Manager

Enporion (a GEP Company) delivers Bid Manager, a hosted, on demand application for both online auction and electronic RFI, RFQ or RFP (eRFx) services to buyers and suppliers. It provides one centralized system for all bidding processes.

Transaction Manager

The Transaction Manager is the component of Enporion (a GEP Company)'s Supply Chain Manager® used to route documents to and from suppliers. Transaction Manager acts as a many-to-many translation engine. Enporion (a GEP Company) has successfully integrated its applications to 18 different buyer systems through an Open Catalog Interface (OCI) specification for catalog shopping carts and xCBL for supply chain documents.

Order Manager

Order Manager allows suppliers to have the benefit of full electronic integration with buyers connected to the Enporion (a GEP Company) Marketplace. Suppliers can accept Purchase Orders and Change Orders and can generate Purchase Order Responses, Invoices and Advanced Shipment Notifications.

The e-Invoice (Electronic Invoicing) Solution enables the receipt of invoice data from an organization's vendors, the ability to integrate the invoice data into your financial (ERP) systems along with providing access from any web browser and delivering significant financial results through lower processing costs, increased use of electronic payments and improved trade term management. When transacting with vendors, eliminate paper processes and simplify the payables reconciliation process by sending electronic invoices and payments through a centralized integrated system. Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP) reduces invoice processing costs by at least half.
