Transaction Manager

From purchase order to invoice settlement, the Enporion Transaction Manager translation engine integrates with over 18 buyer purchasing systems enabling full electronic invoicing. Transaction Manager is the component of Enporion's Supply Chain Manager® used to route documents to and from suppliers. Transaction Manager acts as a many-to-many translation engine. With a single connection, buyers can seamlessly support the transaction format needs of the entire supplier community. It can process supply chain documents (both Material and Service) such as Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Changes, Purchase Order Responses, Invoices, Invoice Status, Remittance Advice, and Advanced Shipment Notifications. Enporion has worked with these documents in many formats including xCBL versions 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5, EDI ANSI version 3030 and 4010, OAG XML, as well as various legacy file formats. Transactions can be exchanged in multiple formats including: EDI, XML, etc.

Enporion provides "once and only once" guaranteed messaging to its trading partners and its internal applications. Enporion utilizes Java Messaging Services (JMS) to accomplish this.

Enporion has successfully integrated its applications to 18 different buyer systems through an Open Catalog Interface (OCI) specification for catalog shopping carts and xCBL for supply chain documents. These systems include Oracle iProcurement, MRO Software's MRO Buyer, Ventyx (Indus) Passport, Deltek’s Costpoint, SAP's Enterprise Buyer Professional, and R/3, Commerce One and others.
