Spend Categorization
Developing a commodity structure is an important part of the spend analysis process. A commodity structure categorizes and itemizes spend in a logical structure and facilitates sourcing activities. Enporion (a GEP Company) is experienced with developing commodity structures with minimal guidance, and we can quickly adapt a commodity structure to fit your spend data. Indirect categories are generally more or less similar across industries and service sectors, while direct categories vary.
