Duke Energy eCommerce Enablement
Thank you for your interest in connecting to the Enporion marketplace in order to transact electronically with Duke Energy.
As a Duke supplier you have two options for connecting:
Order Manager - Order Manager is a web-based application that will allow you to electronically send and receive transactions by simply accessing the Enporion website through your Internet connection and browser with a valid user name and password provided by Enporion. When Duke issues an order to your company, you will receive an email notification that will include a link to the Order Manager website. Order Manager will allow you to access your Purchase Order(s), generate an Order Response, receive Change Order(s)/Revision(s), generate Advance Ship Notices, "flip" the Order into an e-Invoice(s), and receive Invoice Status(es) as well as Remittance Advice(s). Order Manager also provides the capability to send and receive attachments via Purchase Order(s), Change Order(s)/Revision(s), and e-Invoice(s).
Document Based Integration - Another connection option for suppliers is to have Enporion facilitate a connection to your existing back office system so that business documents can be automatically exchanged without the need for manual key entry. Enporion can perform this integration in various standard document formats and versions such as EDI or XML but will work in the format the supplier feels most confident in. If you choose the Document Based Integration option, a onetime Integration Fee of $2,500 will apply. Suppliers will have the option of utilizing Order Manager until your integration is completed.
