By checking this box, you certify that you are an existing, qualified supplier approved by PPL and that you are requesting a copy of the Enporion, Inc. ("Enporion") Supplier Transaction Agreement ("STA") for the sole purpose of facilitating business with PPL Services Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively "PPL"). You acknowledge and agree that the STA contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws ("Confidential Information"). Except as expressly authorized by Enporion and PPL, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Confidential Information, in whole or in part.
We are requesting registration information from you. You must provide us with true, accurate, current, and complete information. If we issue you a password, you may not reveal it to anyone else and you may not use anyone else's password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your passwords or accounts or any other breach of security.
